I just splashed a tiny amount of non-acetone nail polish remover in my eye. I rinsed it off quickly and it doesn't hurt but it is watering. Should I be worried??? We're on our way to Christmas dinner and I don't want to be a nuisance if it's not serious.

You'll be fine. Rinse it again with clean water, and the leave it alone.

Unless your vision starts becoming blurry, there is nothing more that can be done or should be done.

It should be fine, just keep checking it. The watering is a defence mechanism and it's the eyes way of getting rid of what in your eye
